Patch Testing at HOLD
Your comfort and wellbeing always come first. To keep every colour service safe and stress-free, we ask all clients to have a quick patch test before certain treatments. This helps us minimise the risk of allergic reactions and ensures we meet the highest professional and insurance standards.
Patch tests need to be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If a patch test isn’t completed in time, we may need to reschedule your booking.
It only takes a couple of minutes, and it means we can welcome you to HOLD with total peace of mind.
Changes & Adjustments at HOLD
Your happiness with your hair is always our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new cut or colour, we’re more than happy to offer a complimentary adjustment service.
How it works:
-Please let us know within 72 hours of your original appointment.
-We’ll arrange your adjustment within the following 14 days.
This way, we can make sure you leave HOLD feeling confident and cared for — just as every client should.
Cancellations at HOLD
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to make sure every client gets the calm, unhurried experience they deserve.
Late Cancellation / No Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a 100% fee, charged to the card on file.
This helps us protect our time and keep HOLD running smoothly, so every client can enjoy the care and attention they’ve booked in for.
Refunds at HOLD
All services at HOLD are non-refundable, as each appointment involves dedicated time, professional expertise, and product use.
Instead, if you’re ever unhappy with your result, we’ll invite you back for a complimentary adjustment (see our Changes & Adjustments policy), to make sure you leave feeling confident and cared for.
